This is our ski resort special. Available in 30, 45, 60 min treatments. Sports massage can be any time of day. We will integrate your plans for exercise and treat effectively to your needs. All treatment lengths will include an assessment so longer treatments are recommended if trying to settle down for the evening before a big day. That said 45 mins is plenty for specific assessment and treatment.
